Our residential division highlights representation of every major lender in the United States. Many of our referrals have been for out-of-state relocation and second homes.

Connie Wright is a mortgage loan underwriter which allows us "on the spot," "up to the minute" underwriting answers, seven days per week. When representing such a large collection if of investors and direct lender, it is necessary to know each lender, their procedures, underwriting guidelines and programs. Connie Wright has worked with the management and loan underwriting personnel of ever major lender for many years and has developed strong working relationships.

Every loan has a "home," but you have to know where to send it for financial approval. Your must understand each underwriter to determine which loan belongs with what lender.

Nor every lender is the same. Each lender has different lending criteria and different loan programs. Nor ever borrower will get approved with every lender. You have to fit the borrower to the lender and know that the lender of choice can meet the borrowers' needs.

We take great pride in the lender relationships we have established and we are proud of our ability to satisfy our borrower with the best loan program for their personal needs. We don't "shoe-horn" a b borrower into the "easiest place to go." We take great care to make sure the transaction will be approved and the borrower will be happy with all aspects of the transaction.

We do not believe in having a borrower complete his loan application. We interview the borrower complete his loan application. We interview the borrower and complete the application for him or her. We then deliver the application for his of her review and signature. We are known for representing "busy" people and we strive to provide extra choices.
